Registration Form

Thank you for choosing Creative Concepts 101. Class registration fees are as follows unless otherwise specified:

$20 for 2-week classes
$30 for standard, 4-week classes
$35 for 6-week classes

After you've submitted your registration and remitted your payment, instructions will be given to access the class.

Note: Your payment is due at time of class registration. Only paypal and credit card accepted. By submitting this form, you understand that admission to the class depends on receipt of registration and payment fee before the cut-off date for the chosen class.

On receipt of your payment and registration form, you will receive an email confirming that you have been registered for the workshop. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you need to contact Creative Concepts 101 before the workshop begins.

Creative Concepts 101 Refund Policy
No registration fees will be refunded. All payments for a class must be received by the registration cut-off date. No refund will be given for withdrawing from a class. In the event the instructor cancels a class or there are technical difficulties with the list provider (Yahoo), Creative Concepts 101 will apply payment to another class of the student's choice. If a class does not have 10 students enrolled, the class may be cancelled at the instructor's discretion and registration fees will be applied to a future class of the applicant's choosing.
